SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our skincare products are always made fresh in small batches, so it is guaranteed to be top quality when sent to you. Under normal circumstances we will post your order within two working days of receiving your payment. If for any reason we have to delay posting your order, we will notify you and give you the option of receiving a refund. Postage is automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment.
All our postage is environmentally friendly. We only use packaging necessary to deliver your parcel safely and undamaged.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Complimentary on all orders. Orders will be sent via tracked Royal Mail First Class.
STANDARD DELIVERY: £12.00, orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
COMPLIMENTARY DHL COURIER: Complimentary on all orders over £200.
All other countries
STANDARD DELIVERY: £15.00, orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
COMPLIMENTARY DHL COURIER: Complimentary on all orders over £250.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays) and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries or special requirements please contact us at email@example.com.
Delivery times and services vary for different countries, please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch.
UK: We dispatch via tracked Royal Mail and UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, Saturday delivery included.
INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES: We dispatch via Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery typically takes 2-10 working days but for some countries it may take longer.
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures. ASYVA skincare is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within ten days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Variations between products
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.
Sending a return
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to circumstances, which are out of our control. If you have not received your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible.
If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 48 hours for a full product replacement (photographic evidence of the damaged goods required). ASYVA Ltd reserves the right to inspect the faulty product before replacing it or making a refund.
If you change your mind and would like to return a product that is not faulty, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Only unopened items will be accepted.
We will refund return postage costs if:
– An incorrect item is received;
– The item has arrived damaged (please provide photographic evidence and we will either send another item or issue a full refund).
– The buyer pays for return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition).
